Oggi soffia un po' di vento e non c'è giornata migliore per parlare di aria nuova. Fino a poche settimane fa sono stata una mamma a tempo pieno, insoddisfatta e in sovrappeso. Poi ho deciso che era ora di far cambiare l'aria in questa casa triste e ho deciso di rimettermi in discussione. Basta pigiamoni, tutone, divano, parco giochi è il momento di tornare quella di un tempo, anzi no, migliore, più saggia per essere diventata madre, e brava a conciliare i diversi ruoli che ogni giorno vivo. No, basta anche a tutti i ruoli e alle etichette. Mi chiamo kat e sono felice di conoscervi mentre dico basta alle mie mille vite e riprendo in mano solo quella che mi appartiene veramente.
